Dear Friend:
With the spirit of Thanksgiving in our thoughts this week, I’m writing to thank you for your friendship and support of Second Table Ministries.
In the past year, we have seen so much great work accomplished through your generous and prayerful hearts. It’s a beautiful thing when God’s people share in a calling that relieves suffering and transforms lives.
It has been my great pleasure to be involved in the work of STM as a board member. What’s more, I’m blessed that my affiliation has taught me a few lessons. The most meaningful — one that is regularly demonstrated by friends like you — is this: True generosity flows from a heart changed to reflect the image of Christ’s own heart.
So many of you have proved clearly and often that by giving in response to God’s great kindness in your own life.

This church-operated center in Aliwal North is just one of four such community centers STM has helped launch. In areas where such places of refuge are rare, these facilities have become the daily hub for activities such as meals for kids, child care, training, community gatherings, and special events.
So thanks again for your contined generosity — toward God and Second Table Ministries.
